Kenyon-Wanamingo Wins In Extra Innings

Ted Androli’s infield hit in the top of the eighth inning gave him his second RBI of the game, and completed a late inning comeback for the Kenyon-Wanamingo Knights giving them an eight inning 7-6 win over the Pine Island Panthers.  The eighth inning run was the third consecutive inning that the Knights had scored a single run to help them comeback from an 8-6 lead that the Panthers had held since the fourth inning.

K-W’s Connor Sviggum earned the win throwing four innings of scoreless relief after taking over from starting pitcher Drew Sathrum.  The Panthers’ Matt Lien took the loss pitching a complete game.
